Y2KGIL and SD&K Holdings Sign MOU for K-Bio Global Expansion

On October 10th (Friday), Y2K Global Innovation Laboratory (represented by Yun Kyoung Kang, Partner Consultant) signed an MOU with SD&K Holdings (represented by Min Sik Kong, CEO) for the global development and commercialization of innovative Korean biotechs and medtechs into the United Kingdom and Europe markets. 

The main points of the agreement include:

• Identifying and connecting innovative biotechs and medtechs with partners and investors in the United Kingdom and Europe.

• Exploring opportunities for technology transfer, joint development, and commercialization.

• Supporting international collaboration that contributes to the growth and expansion of both parties and their partners.
